the proportions of the earth vehicle mode are not accurately depicted here, and for the tentacles I did something similar to Doctor Octopus, and yes, the cannon pegs onto the side of the shoulder ala War For Cybertron trilogy (mostly because of the backpack), and no, I don't know how to make convincing triple changers unless the character is already a triple changer.
