I had drawn and inked this up about 3 months ago on paper I usually don't use and hated it so I stopped. I got it back out on a bore date and finished. Glad I did. It was really hard though because the paper wouldn't take the paint, it would lay there in blobs. I needed to put ox gall on it to absorb the paint. (I swear the art shop on the corner buys cheap paper that nobody wants)

Fortunately I live across from a major State University that has an art store in the middle of town. (other than that, this is corn farming country and I would be stuck for supplies) Better quality stuff can be always ordered online. Big sheets they will cut for you to ship. NP on the supplies as long as I have the internet.

aaaahh what a dream that would be.. Last night, a thief broke into our neighbor's house.. we woke up in the middle of the night to some scared shouts from our neighbor.. i thought there was a fire or something.. i was afraid because we live in a subdivision and the houses are pretty close.. we always lock our gate and doors.. i dont think i ever had a memory of us not having to lock our doors.. Reality..

I would go crazy. I used to live with a VERY paranoid individual. (He would sleep with his clothes on over the covers.) It creeped me out and I can imagine how to live fearfully for real.

Just so you know I care and read a heartfelt "I hope you get better soon". We make real friends here on DA and although maybe they are 'just' cyber friends, the dialog we share fills our day just as if we had lived next door. Can't wait to see another of your wonderful color filled adventures.
