I think its just the pen work and distortion but this reminds me of Bill Sienkiewicz's work. I adore it.

Hmmm I like the colour scheme on this, but I was expecting something much darker... This is like, batman in the sunset :B w/amputated back. I like his brow a lot... One thing I've always loved about batman's masks is that they have amazing brows. :3
For some reason I read this as "bitty shatman" (dyslexia much?) and was thinking maybe that was the name of some rock singer chick that I didn't know. Looking at it now, I think that'd be the name of a small fellow made of poop. >.>
