Again, inspired byCredit to for the thing itself, it was a great help
Other things that didn't fit on there:
Nature: Jolly (My sister, chelsey, is nearly always cheerful, so jolly
Moves:
Mist ball (stronger than normal)
Outrage
Ice beam (Used to annoy Deltios)
Psychic
Dragon Claw
Protect
Recover
Heal Pulse
Takes regular damage from Ice-type moves (Due to my sister absolutely LOVING winter)
Takes 4x damage from Ghost-type moves (Because my sister's deathly afraid of ghosts)
Takes 3x damage from Bug-type moves (Because why not)
Immune to physical fighting moves, unless ability is surpressed. (Because you can't kick or punch an always-flying dragon, again. Fighting moves like Aura Sphere would work, because they don't require kicking.)
