lol bro, I'm the most anti-sportive guy in the entire world, but I can do that position too, it's not that wrong. Why there has to be so many people talking about bad spine positioning if they're always ok?
I mean, try to assume that position by yourself, you'll be amazed by how your body can do such things. Maybe this one in particular is just a pixel exagerated, It's a position we can't really take for a long time, but it is possible to assume a very similar position. If I, the most lazy and wood log-bodied person can do that, trust me then that it's not that bad in drawings
