Инкерман — маленький город с богатейшей историей на восточном конце Севастопольской бухты . Самыми известными достопримечательностями Инкермана являются Свято-Климентовский пещерный мужской монастырь и расположенные над ним руины византийской крепости Каламита (VI ст). Здесь, в Инкерманских каменоломнях, провёл последние годы жизни Святой Климент — 4-й папа римский.

Inkerman is a small town with a very rich history, located at the southeast end of the Sevastopol Bay . Inkerman’s top must-sees include the cave Monastery of St. Clement and, on the mountaintop above it, the ruins of the VI-century Byzantine fortress Kalamita . It is here, in the nearby Inkerman quarry, that the 4 th Pope of Rome, St. Clement, spent the last years of his life.
