Thank you for your thoughts!!!...I live in the North West of England which until this week has been o.k.We have had hurricane type weather just this last couple of days which has blown trees down and caused some road and rail troubles.The coastal areas here have also had a terrible time .We have not been flooded.
The worst part which is the South of England is where all the low lying land is flooded and the coastal areas are having the highest tides ever recorded .Their power lines have been blown down and they can't get on with any normal life.This started in December at Christmas time and hasn't stopped since...I'm so sorry for them.

Thank you. Even if I did submissions, you'd have to come here and hand-carry it out of the country due to fact than my dear Ukraine has some of the world's most draconian rules and bureaucratic obstacles re. the customs, the taxes in addition to having some of the world's most corrupt officials where you have to bribe every freaking step of your way. That's exactly why there's a near-revolution going on in Ukraine that's been all over the news for the past two months.

My goodness! I shall say some prayers for your country. I was able to commission someone from a country that, as far as I know, still has radical Islamics-- the great enemy of the United States-- without any trouble. I hope things get better for all Ukrainians.

You're welcome! I was thinking, though-- why not accept a commission and then upload it to dA as a print? I will pay you for the process of the drawing in points and then purchase the print from dA, which you can then get the money from. Would that solve the issue?

Unfortunately, it wouldn't, because Ukraine doesn't allow its citizens to receive/cash money from electronic payment systems like PayPal etc. Living in Ukraine is a constant catch-22 situation in every way) So let's just forget about it.
