Great image, I like your choice of hair for your character, what looks like a party dress (albeit a very seductive dress).  I like the expression on her face and her hand grip on the bottle - all very good.  Where it really takes a serious step backwards is the hand grip on the wine glass - oh that's bad!   If you have a wine glass, hold one and study how your hand and fingers form around the stem of the glass as well as the round glass bulb.  Failing that there should be some hand gesture poses addons you can purchase for objects like wine glasses.
