thus is dedicated to ... she's using PS 4 first time eva, n she wrote a journal explaining that she has a lil trouble with Danny's outer glow

oh well i tried rly hard and i dont know wut i did wrong do u think u could help me out? like a giiiiiaaaanntt tutorial with how u outlined, colored, placed wut layers where and background then outer glow? please?

I'll just tell you 'cause it's kind of hard to see how I did it by just looking so ... xD Yeah.

Anyway, so what I did was take an effect called the "simple glow" in the layers effects thing, then added it to the color layer, because on the lineart layer it showed the glow around the inner lines such as the eyes, nose, shirt rings, etc...So I'm probably going to make two different lineart layers, one an inner for eyes, mouth, clothes,etc, and one for outer lines as in the silhouette. So do you think you could make a tutorial about this? I hope I explained that well...
