I think it is a combination of the Prismacolor pencils the vellum paper and my Prismacolor blending pencil that gets it to look like that. It's a lot of fun to use all those materials together, you should try it out sometime! ^^

Thank you! His pelt pattern is actually loosely based on a friends dog (the white toes and white star on his chest). It took a while to pick/draw/blend the fur but I like the way it turned out. ^^
