Okay, this is my newest cosplay; Punk!England from Axis Powers Hetalia. It isn't exactly cannon as far as I'm concerned, but the Punk movement was extremely popular in England during the 80's so this isn't complete crack. Also, I'm fully aware that the seam of the tattoo sleeve is visible in this picture, and the design on the shirt kinda is awkward looking because I painted it free-hand.Punk!England:
