Another local restaurant that closed due to the quarantine. The Glass Kitchen was a route 40 fixture for decades. Named for its' windowed kitchen, where customers could watch their food being prepared. The kitchen was later walled in, but the name stuck. It has to go through historical review first, but if plans go through they'll replace this with a car wash in the near future.
