Part of a photojournalism project for my journalism class. This one was on how bet up parts of my school are- for example, the outdoor walkways (in the middle of Pennylvania, prone to snow, rain... bad weather) that are constantly used but apparently about to fall down because the original support beams (white) weren't strong enough. So they added these new ones (wood) to help them out and didn't even try to hide the fact that the walkways are weak and need suport by painting them white.
Because everyone loves an ugly school!
Oh, and the beam in the foreground says "fuck." How lovely.
