Love the brushing effects, only comment is that some of the strands seem abit rough on the segments (if that was intended), you could use a smoothing modifier on the model if u wanted.

u really need to make a different composition, and i don't think this brush fits the piece... and maybe use some hyper nurbs, and as they said, fill the complete canvas

Its very good but i would fill in those empty spaces. love the colours.

I quite like it. The top partmakes me think of crystals, while the bottom looks more like light trails from a small explosion, or something popping out of a fire. Is it all brush work? Looks time consuming!
