I'm not certain. I have a lot of work to do on backgrounds before I can even think to draw it.

Okay, I gotta ask, because this has been driving me nuts. In the 1990's I could use my WORD program to do neat stuff like that to words, but here in the NEXT FREAKING MILLENNIUM I can't find anything that does this, not Word, and not GIMP.

I used photoshop. o-o
There was something I could do to give the letters a zigzag or some other pattern I used.
Though making one end small the and the other large was done by using a "free transform" option and squishing one side and making the other bigger.
