Gotta love that humanizing Lagoon was literally just sticking arms on her. She also got some sun-goggles since being albino is hard on the eyes.
Quick info: Lagoon flanked out of the navy do to her horribly slow swimming (for a siren). And entered Logistics after finishing her mechanics training. She competitive and enjoys poking fun at other, which along with her being a siren in the standard military has made it hard for her to make any friends. However she and the temporary named Fancypants (the dude in fish pants) become fast friends/rivals as they both bug the crap out of the other.
