With a 9 foot wingspan, eriols are the largest of the Seol flitter lizards by a respectable margin considering most flits are smaller than crows.
While they spend most of their lives on the wing searching for washed up carrion on the coasts, every couple years they make the migration inland to find a mate.

With their person-like faces they hold a prominent place in many skithtiri cultures as variously harbingers of death, omens of good fortune, messengers of gods, or as carriers of souls.
