I love this so much. Super cool. I envy you guys who can do 3D fractals. I can only do 2 D. I tried 3D and it began to disintegrate so I just deleted the program. D I don't get it at all.

It is normal to not getting anything decent with a new program, specially with a 3D fractal program in wich the learning curve can be noticed as high but it isn't at all compared to other 'pro' 3d programs wich are very complex.Β
For what I understand on "disintegrate" you've obtained probably a bunch of noise the first times. First 3d formulas tends to be very noisy and must be rendered with higher quality settings (slower). Try 3da formulas, they are much friendlier and easy to render.

Maybe some time. For now I have no idea which language you are speaking. 3DA, I guess there's 3Db, etc. I failed intermediate algebra in college. Probably shouldn't tell that on myself, but, Oops! There it is.

You don't need mathematical knowledge for doing fractals. the program does the calculations
Of course basic notions helps, like Menger cubes, IFS, etc. I am not mathematician Β
