Instantly. !Β Β ...It brought to mind, actually, something which happened to me, many years ago... I was out walking my dog, after dinner...and couldn't for nothing, loose a piece of food stuck between my teeth.Β So I happened upon a car, with those reflective, mirror type windows, and proceeded to examine my tooth in that reflection, and pry it loose; examining the rest of my teeth afterwards. Suddenly, eruptive laughter from inside the vehicle... a car load of teenagers.
Β I scurried away as quickly as my legs would take me.Β lol ^^

You're lucky, taking videos and pictures is forbidden in our Museums in Province of Quebec, Canada! It's fun to see how people looks like when looking at arts!

Actually, some exhibitions don't allow photography, but museums do allow shooting without a tripod.
Thank youΒ Bianka!

that's called art appreciation... or how low can I go before I trip the alarm.

Alarm? Do tell! (I can see the point. No stealing or booger-hiding please! )
(It's been many years since I've been to an art museum and there were no alarms back then. I'm talking mid-80's. I need to cruise galleries more. No one will go with me though. Bummer. My love of art is SO unappreciated.

I am referring to =Ikarisou 's comment below, she made this experience.
Shame on you, you should not wait on anyone to go appreciate art.

Sorry thought you were talking to ME.
And I can't drive, no museums around. I have to settle for DA and art books. You get what you can where you can. I people I hang with don't care about art enough to go SEE it, more's the pity.

If you look closer at her arms you will see a great deal of wrinkles.

Excellent picture, the dedication of the peoples appreciation is well captured, and then contrasts the boredom of the youth in the background.

Did that once in there and it triggered the alarm... That after I was almost thrown out because I answered my phone (even though I spoke very softly).

you are making me worry now!
I did ask the guards at the entrance if I was allowed to shoot and they said yes, but without a tripod. ... I never use flash... did you use flash?

Ikarisou In reply to batmantoo [2012-05-24 16:22:27 +0000 UTC]
Oh, I didn't mean take a picture, I did take such a close look like the lady on your picture, and that triggered the alarm.
I think I might have taken pictures, but my camera doesn't even have a flash, so I didn't need to worry about that!
