Effect:
This card can be used to Ritual Summon any "Chaos" Spellcaster or "Black Luster Soldier" Ritual Monster from your hand or GY. You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field, and/or banish monsters from your GY with the same Type as that Ritual Monster, whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. If you control "Chaos Magician of Blackest Void ": You can shuffle this card from your hand or GY into the Deck; add 1 "Chaos Scepter Blast" from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Darkest Chaos Ritual" once per turn.

It's pretty interesting. It's kind of interesting how it also has indirect synergy with the Gaia archetype, but still for best results it can be its own dedicated deckbuild.
