I captured this moment at the Berlin Schönhauser Allee station. Two lovers parting. I really liked the way he holds her elbow, the melancholy of his gaze. When she turned I noticed she was probably twenty years older than him. Yet it didn't matter: Love was in the air and you could feel it. They shared a passionate kiss and she eventually climbed on the train. He was sad, like really sad. I couldn't steal any other picture of that separation. It would have been unfair
