Not sure on this one, gives a really odd mood to be truly honest. Not sure what to think, just one of those pieces that I didn't make, but rather it made me if that makes any remote sense at all.

The red lends a feeling of intense ferocity to the skyline, and certainly allows for a sense of a looming darkness, greater than what is already depicted here. These pieces are fantastic, and hold great aesthetic beauty, but with the added meaning you provide, they come off as truly superb. Wonderful stuff here.

Very apocalyptic, very well blended. Love the fact that the statue of liberty works so well in it.

I love the planet and the statue of liberty. Again, the colors give this heat feeling which fits the concept

The only thing I find distracting is the power plant pipes; they are either too big or too centered. Maybe if they were positioned to the right, the image would have a balance with the statue on the left and the planet as center.

Either way, awesome artwork and concept!

very nice! I like the highly saturated reddish tone... I suggest blurring the black shapes a lil for a smoother feel. They are a tad sharp imo.

I was going for blurring the base a tad, but now I'm working on the next one which has already taken me an eternity. I'll go back and refine them all before I make the 2009 calender.

i like it.
very nice planet work, it looks great and the color is wonderful.
i don't usually like man made structures in my "terraspace"/ space artwork but this really works for me.
