You're definitely spot-on with your sense of motion. Don't lose that. Truly superb!
I think you should concentrate on refining your pictures to become more polished in areas that you want the viewers' eyes to rest. These resting points can be the point of interest (most notably the face), and things that are nearer to the viewer (Chun Li's boot). I feel that this picture amongst others would look more [i]finished[/i] after it has passed through this missing stage.
Your coloring palette kicks butt, also! Cripes, how'd you learn to get these great warm colors?! XD
