First, install Iconoclasm in Cydia. Then copy the 3x3 Centered.plist to your "/Library/Iconoclasm/Layouts" folder and apply through Iconoclasm

did you use default theme icon shadow ? um..Icon at bottom was more rounded, you made.

UI is called Verso and I use the Cydia tweak NowPlayingDetailInfo to get the album art and info in the switcher

Yeah Thats all Loks work. I used the arrow from the orginal lock slider. He used the same metal texture so it was real easy to kist over lay the arrow onto the play button
