Anyhow, this looks cool!  Also, I'm just curious, how do you get that ray like things to go around them?  Like it's really noticeable on Tails.  Do you go to filters?

Almost any drawing program has the option for layers.
I just copy the line art layer and put the copied (and differently colored) layer underneath the actual lines, sometimes I warp and move them around to get that effect. This probably didn't open up anything lol
