Description
Agency commissioned portfolio work.Another of the Cafe Rose series developed in sepia tone to create a vintage film affect.
Make-Up and Hair: Me

(photo taken using analogue SLR camera and 35mm film and developed manually in dark room using sepia tone techniques)
NB: This make-up work was traditionally created with no airbrushing, digital manipulation or photoshop of any kind...and that's the way I usually like it!!

I totally love your style this particular piece is so focased within the foreground of the model and by not using any colour, gives off the impression of romantic and light.

Thanks so much for the wonderful feedback. I can't take credit for the photography though, which I agree is particularly wonderful considering it is taken with a non digital camera and hand developed in the dark room using filters, sepia toners and burn in techniques which you can see on the rose.

the look in your eyes is really great but my favourite detail in this photo is your lips: the small glimpse of teeth gives such a great impression in my opinion!

I would like to say it is me, but alas, it is not....I should be so lucky.
The model's agency employed Paul and I to help her with a port folio shot and this was the result of the photo shoot. I did the make-up and hair and Paul did the photography.
In case you were wondering, you can find photos of me in my gallery entitled "Gothic Costume", "Victorian Decay" and "Old Stairway"....there's some pics of me in scraps too.
