The carton may be rebranded as AMT or maybe not, but it's the same old, soft-detailed model that was first released in 1983. I'm into Bandai and FineMolds, but their versions are pretty costly and often prepainted on the panels. Me, I prefer to make a mess the old fashioned way. Lots of bad fit on these old styrene kits, but when I can't do anything else, model building is still a pastime.
