Yes the generation of body fat is not dependent on gravity but the weight force generated by it (which will squash that unfortunate person) is. You see, gravity accelerates particles and we know that the product of acceleration and mass gives a force (in this case, weight). On Earth gravity is generally considered to be constant so it can be seen that weight is a function of mass and as mass increases, weight will also increase. i.e. The force that the woman's body is trying to support increases. Now the human body can only support so much force before it fails.
Also, if that woman was to lay on her back, her immense breast and stomach would surely render her incapable of breathing (as she would not be able to expand her chest and draw in air due to the massive force pressing down on her)
