isaac is somewhat of a genius in his field--which is well, inventing, duhhh. he has an uncanny knack for it. long story short, he refused to continue building things for the particular desert-like city he's in because it would have done more harm than good. the arrogant, careless vagrant may be one of, if not the richest and most known citizens of... hell, the whole side of his steampunk planet, enjoys wandering around the back alleys in nothing but his socks and boxers, making toys out of dead bug exoskeletons, usually whilst drunk off of said bugs juices.he's kind of a big deal.
