Great work. I love the painterly texture & the colours you've used.
The lighting seems a little inconsistent, and that's making some things flat. Also, Dumbledore's fingers seem extremely long - I know it says that he has long fingers in the book, but here they may be just a little -too- long.
Anyways, this is still an awesome painting. I really like your technique, and I found myself with my nose up to my monitor looking at all the little details
