I just want to start with saying, if the fact that this caught my eye immediately isn't telling enough, I think your piece is beautiful and you should be super proud of yourself for making this!!
Without further ado, here's my constructive criticism!:
Best Parts: I think it's easy to conclude that one of the best aspects of this piece is your smart use of color. The blend of warm hues complemented by a dash of teal does the most to bring out the 'feel' of this piece - which is, to me at least - a comforting, lighthearted, almost a euphoric 'in love' one. Color choices are more important than people give credit for when it comes to capturing a piece's emotions and ensuring the 'flow' of the piece makes sense and is in harmony so I just wanted to commend you on this one!
Improvements: If there is a point of improvement here, it would be the anatomy of the girl's face. Particularly the placement and size of the girl's ear stands out to me when I look for points of improvement. However, that is to say, if making anatomical improvements goes along with the style you are going for. After all, if intentionally leaving those imperfections to emphasize the 'style' you are trying to capture, then it is successful as it is

Yeah, I've been meaning to fix the ear part. I didn't notice the error until after I posted this. 😂😂 I tend mess up the ears whenever I draw side profiles for some reason.
