Randy’s higher education in geology would lead most to believe he’s an insightful fellow. However, his alcoholism, among his many other addictions, has turned him into the town idiot. Stan and Shelly, Randy’s two children, often become fed up with their father’s half-baked schemes, but are usually too sympathetic to call him out on them.
