This is a random feature because I missed the 12 days of Christmas project . Christmas is always a busy and hectic time for me and the fact that I live abroad does not help. Christmas time just zoomed by in a pleasant sunny matter instead of the cold I usually have to battle. Now before the new year begins I wanted to start early with my resolutions because the early worm catches the bird or something like that. I did order this random feature in themes to give you some idea of where to look. There is already enough chaos in this world for everyone to deal with

This feature is the first of many. I've been on DA for a long time (7 years! ), and I am eager to finally get more involved in the community aspect. In those years I've learned that DA is a friendly community who is always eager to welcome an enthusiastic artist, so here I am giving some energy and love back .

After this feature, I aim to do semi-periodical themed features. The next theme will be announced at the end of each feature. What I always like about themed features is that it allows other people to contribute suggestions in the commentary section. These features will continue until I've found a more original way to give back to the community. Features are always fun anyway, especially because they always show me artwork I would never have found on my own . So give this feature a look before you scroll down to the bottom to thank me and suggest some works for me to feature next. Also, don't feel obliged to thank me. You creating and appreciating great art is thanks enough for me, I am just throwing great art in people's faves now .

Wrinkled SkinEach curl and scratch I make upon the page transforms it into something else Just like the lines in your face takes you and transforms yourself.Like the marks on the paper the lines in your skin tell the journey of your life that no one can twin.But the paper is not the focal of a tale nor should be your wrinkles But they are there and important like an eye and a twinkle

I am the rose that still standsEven before the heavier storm that is falling .Even before the big black night seems never ending.Even before all this incessant crying crying and teeth griding .Even before of all the pain emotional that dominated me .I am a rose. A beautiful rose. A beautiful and fragrant red rose .Even before all and against everything, the rose on me remains standing.I am a rose. Yes, a rose. And i stand to heal and fight.They defoliated my petals. I expanded my spines, then. Threatened to cut my bases. I grew up to sky , then.I'm a rose. A beautiful rose all dyed in red .I'm a rose and i stand to fight against evil and heal the hearts.I am the rose. ...

So, the theme for next week is: FLOWERS! For all the people in the Northern hemisphere, this will be a welcome break from the cold. And flowers are always nice
