They could feel a wiggling sensation in their abdomen and a bit of pain. Laying down, they stretch and groaned, feeling some of the pain pass. Suddenly, there was a stabbing in their navel and...something was moving around?! The creature shift side to side, using its four arms to drag itself out of their body. Where did it come from and why was it leaving their body? They moaned, feeling its squishy body slide out from their navel. Why did it feel so good?
