When I saw the contest a week or so ago, I immediately knew that I wanted to enter. Since that time, I have really been concentrating on what love's magic is. I discovered this (my personal beliefs, nothing more and nothing less);
Love represents a connection between people. Not just two people, but many people. Love connects the different together. It does merely mean an intimate desire for one another, but also genuine caring for and a want to protect. Love is the strongest magic and I also believe it is a deeper magic that comes from before time (an idea I stole from Chronicles of Narnia). Thus, as I tried to figure out what love's magic is, I realized its magic manifests in its ability to connect.
As a result, I have represented love's magic here not as "love (the intimate relationship)" but as "love (the connection and deep caring for between friends)."
