Here's a nice image I put together using screenshots from episodes of the 2012 TMNT series. I love the Mighty Mutanimals and in a future movie or series I would love to see them again. I also plan to put them in a fanfiction I'm working on; a crossover between Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Spider-Man. Now my version of the Mighty Mutanimals will be different from the version in this series. This image I made represents who I will put in. If I was making a TMNT series I would put the same members in but make some serious changes. I did not really like Rockwell, he was okay but I didn't like the psychic powers, it made him too hard to beat.

I would put Slash in as their leader and maybe make his personality a little bit different, but I would have him use different weapons. He's a ninja like the Turtles but he's a bit older, a little more serious, has a sense of honor, but acts more like a marine or something. He would use one katana, one or two sai, maybe a pair of nunchucks, and some other ninja weapons that the turtles don't use. I'd make him a different species of turtle, like either an Asian spiny turtle or a Barbour's map turtle (look them up), so he would be a little bit bigger and stronger than the turtles. He would have like the same build as the Turtles but he'd have a spikey shell, three fingers and two toes that have short claws, and maybe a short snout or something with a few sharp teeth.

Leatherhead would essentially be the same but not as big or strong as this version, make no mistake he is still very big and strong. I would make him like seven feet tall and he's like as strong as the Kingpin. He has sharp claws and teeth, very thick skin, his long tail, and he'd be an excellent swimmer (better than the Turtles). Also I would have him wear a pair of torn up dark pants, which makes him look a little bit like the Hulk.

Mondo Gecko would mostly be the same but I would make him taller and a lot tougher. Like as far as hand-to-hand combat goes he fights a bit like Casey. Now he is still a great skateboarder which he sometimes uses to fight and can scale walls and ceilings. He would also sometimes use his tail to fight as well. Also I'd make him a different species of gecko, like maybe a crested gecko. He would still be a comic relief character but he would be a tough fighter who could take on a couple of Foot Ninjas on his own.

I would make some serious changes to Pigeon Pete! For starters he would look a lot better (this version looks stupid) and he would be a lot more tough and competent. I would make Pigeon Pete the brains of the Mutanimals (which fits because pigeons are some of the smartest species of birds) so he would have a personality similar to Don's. He is decent in hand-to-hand combat and has abilities and features he can use to augment his fighting. He has small talons on his fingers and toes that are sharp enough to do some damage to enemies. He sometimes pecks people with his beak, but since a pigeon's beak is more curved it's not really sharp so it just knocks the opponent out. He can also fly and carry things in his feet which he can use for fighting and other purposes. He also wears some more clothes that suit him, including a pair of aviator goggles. Also since he's the brains of the Mutanimals he maybe wears a utility belt or something and carries a lot of gadgets or weapons that he invented.
