Good work on this! I think you've got a really good start with this one. As you said it is practice and from what I see you're practicing well. I think your quick technique helps you in many ways of bringing good form into an interesting pieces as with most of your work. However I think taking your time with a few more of the finer details is going to make this solid (hair and shading mostly.) Love your work man, keep it up
