Phew, it's done. A nighttime landscape in inks, with the help of a little gouache and gesso.

You'll notice it's a little different from the original linework page, but that's because that page got damaged while I was working on it, so I traced the linework onto a new page and made a few changes along the way.

It was annoying, but I think it was kinda good in a way, because I had a clearer idea of what I wanted the second time through.

It's tough to work with such a broad landscape and keep everything clear while attempting to capture the darkness of night, but I feel like I've succeeded. I really wanted to avoid just drawing a day scene and then tinting it grey; that always seemed like such a cop out.
