Ok, i am not very talented when it comes to proper human proportions...it's just not my strong suit. So, i have been researching the male body and threw together this simple tutorial for creating the properly proportioned male body.Hope you dig. it's as good as i can do for now...
I want to do a female tutorial soon as well...it'll be super fun to draw boobies! ^_^
and for those keeping score at home, the "model" is me...'cept in real life i am more skinny than muscley.

It says "bottom of 6th head" two times, I think that at the first time you mean the top. Other than that (it confused me), this is REALLY helpful

[head picture] + 7.5 = [body height] ?
You should revise your maths. Summing heads and numbers only makes sense if the head has numerical value - or if the number has cephalic value.

still looks skinny. this is extremely helpful.i am horrible at drawing guys even though i am a guy myself. im better with the female form(clothed!). been drawing girls since i was atleast 6. i stay away from drawing guys, the face is hard enough because i have the facial structure of a woman, and now the body which comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes.
