that's kind of rude to let someone use someone else's oc in a video without permission from the owner of the oc :I sure you drew that art but the owner OWNS the oc and they may not be happy to know you just went ahead and said yes to someone to use their oc.

no she was specifically asking about ocs and you did it TWICE and the other time was in a ballgown. I've already told them that they need to be asking both you and the original oc owners for permission plus i've already notified the owners about it.

There wasn't even one mention of using someone else's characters nor there wasn't even a mention of a video! The creation this user is talking about is the transformation. Hopix is a fan-made transformation that BerrySplash created.Β
As for the ballgown issue, seriously? I'm sorry, there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with that. She drew designs that were typical worn prom/wedding dress outfits you see in bridal/dress stores. The commissioner asked for that specifically. They weren't stolen, weren't traced, nothing of the sort! I've seen a lot of crap stolen before, and I've seen users commission people to draw outfits from polyvore. Again, nothing wrong, and since deviantart admins did absolutely nothing - there wasn't a thing wrong with it. Sorry. Besides do you think its alright for people to upload screetshots and wallpapers of things that they didn't create as it is against 'dA policy' that the other user pointed out that it has to be created strictly by them?Β
You informed users of something that literally has no importance to anything this user said to BerrySplash. Honestly, not to be rude, but you stuck your nose in someone's business without reading the comments itself. Therefore you kind of made a fool of yourself. Β Good day.

I looked at all the comments between me and that person and I really can't see where I said to her, "yes you can use that person's oc" Β because I would never do that.. I'm wondering, are you familiar with the winx community? Maybe you misunderstood something or other. From what I can remember, she first asked to use >my< "winx next generation " oc's in a video or something. And then she asked if she can draw her own oc's in the hopix transformation (which is a winx transformation that I created) I think that since that person commented on pictures of other people's characters it seems like she's talking about them, but I don't think she is.Β
