Based off Kristen Sharpe's kickass SWAT Kats fanfic, "T-Bone Too", with a freakin' messed up Razor held captive by Dr. Viper and sustained with symbiotic mutated growths in his skull and chest, gazing blearily at what he believes is another haunting hallucination... My local area is a little meh for illustration connections (not really my market, also extremely competitive) BUT I'll never knock it off entirely
