So... Apparently I can draw??? Umm... IDK how this happened??

The reason why I'm so surprised is because I JUST started fully drawing. Like, when I made this account is when I decided to finally get into art. I haven't drawn a SINGLE piece by hand before that. Hell, I didn't even DRAW before then. It's insane that in the span of 6 months I went from not drawing at all to THIS.
I mean, I have some experience. I used to photoshop/edit fanart of Youtubers when I was like 13-15 (I obviously don't do that anymore. I stopped when I realized that wasn't an okay thing to do), took a photoshop class in highschool for a year and trace screenshots of anime when I was able to (which was very rarely and I stopped doing that/lost interest when I was 14). It's insane that I apparently held onto that experience after all this time. I'm super proud of myself tbh : D
Btw I should note that all of this (except for the background) was drawn by me. No base, no nothing (other than a pose reference that I'll link)! I MAY make this into a base though once I feel like editing it a little (more specifically, the weird curve at the top of the plastron, which was intentional).

Anyway, this is Sarai (they/them), my first Rise of the TMNT OC made by WinterChipmunk on TH. They're a Malayan Snail-Eating Turtle mutant who used to live as a happy normal turtle in a zoo (specifically the one in that one ep of ROTTMNT) until they bit a human who had that mutation juice or whatever on their hand after just killing an Oozesquito. Yes, the person also mutated into the same species but sadly died during the Krang invastion.

I haven't figured out their exact age or sexuality yet. May make their age between 16 and 19 (probably 19 tbh). For their sexuality... 🤷‍♀️
