Angelic Quartz and Chaotic Song care about each other like they're siblings, even though they aren’t related at all. Both have kind hearts and a deep desire to help others and fulfill the world with nothing but good intensions.

Yet, there a little thing that neither of them tolerates. Discord.

Angelic Quartz knows she’s never going to meet her actual father yet refuses to accept that her mother can love such a demonic creature. She has read a lot regarding Discord’s times of being a complete arsehole to basically all Equestria. He couldn’t be trusted; having him as a king was ridiculous, dangerous!

Chaotic Song, on the other hand, couldn’t forgive him for hurting his beloved mama so such, abandoning them both, and never recognizing him as his son.

Their step-sister, Beautiful Delusion, was put in the middle of the battlefield in the end.

The princess hadn’t done anything to them, she was young and naïve, pampered by her parents and protected from all harm. She would wake up tormented by nightmares constantly as a kid, getting her parents worried sick as they couldn’t find the reason to such occurrence. Neither Celestia nor Discord could imagine that her terrors came in the form of such “inoffensive” youngsters.

They didn’t really hurt her, not mean words, not punches, or anything. They simply stated their unwillingness to accept her as family, treating her coldly and indifferent. Sometimes Angelic would leave the room if Delusion was there, even to the point of not attending important political meetings, parties, family dinners, and so on. Chaotic would snarl at Delusion the few times they saw each other, scaring the hell out of her.
