Description
Professor Meoko is one of the brilliant Scientists in Tokyo and the father of Vortex.
His laboratory was taken down because the government thought his experiments were too drastic and dangerous. What's worse than it was Vortex who made the agreement to shut it down and wants his father to be safe but like any successful genius, Professor Meoko was determined to prove that his creations can work even if he has to test them himself. By fusing himself with electro-cellular micro net enhancements he became a living cybernetic body and called himself Mainframe.
