Well, the original Robotnik had a cybernetic arm. After Robotnik's death, a wholly robotic Robotnik from a parallel reality took his place 12 issues later, and was able to download into new bodies if Sonic smashed him apart. One of them was a walking roboticizer. The last one was de-roboticized by the same aliens who deroboticized all but one of the robians * because he lost a battle with a roboticized Sonic.
