I explained my project 'Elwood' in my Arthur upload. Here is his partner-in-crime and best friend Buster Baxter. His look is inspired by his usual blue and pink shirt, but I went for a more laid back t-shirt look, along with baggy jeans and flip flops. The ultimate "I don't care" look. Though his messy hair sometimes always looks on point.This was created using FH16.
