This chart may be subject to change once Godzilla vs. Kong comes out. But for now, here's the actual description:

Lawful Good - Mothra (Titanus Mosura). Shares a symbiotic relationship with Godzilla's species. She refuses King Ghidorah's alpha call to destroy the planet.

Neutral Good - Titanus Behemoth. Not much is known. He hears King Ghidorah's alpha call, but during the end credits, there's an article saying that Behemoth's presence in the Amazon rain forest helps regrow parts that were deforested, bringing back fauna from endangerment.

Chaotic Good - Titanus Scylla. Like Behemoth, not much is known. She hears King Ghidorah's alpha call, but eventually bows to Godzilla. An article at the end says her presence in Antarctica slows down the ice cap melting.

Lawful Neutral - Godzilla (Titanus Gojira). While he only appears to deal with other monsters that could pose a threat to Earth's balance, humanity doesn't concern him.

True Neutral - Kong. He keeps to himself. When King Ghidorah made his alpha call, Kong heard it, but ignored it. Additionally, he prevented anything on Skull Island from leaving according to the novelization.

Chaotic Neutral - Rodan. According to Godzilla: King of the Monsters director Michael Dougherty, "Rodan is a bit of a rogue... you never quite know where his loyalties lie." First, he submits to King Ghidorah upon being defeated by him, then he bows to Godzilla after Ghidorah is defeated.

Lawful Evil - Skullcrawlers. Kong's mortal enemies on Skull Island. They have such a voracious appetite due to their fast metabolism that they would eat anything that moves.

Neutral Evil - MUTO (Massive Unidentified Terrestrial Organism). The male and female MUTO contact each other via echolocation and meet up to mate. Had Ford Brody not blown up their nest, they would have defeated Godzilla and their offspring would have caused a lot of devastation.

Chaotic Evil - King Ghidorah. A life form from outer space, Ghidorah's rivalry with Godzilla goes back to ancient times. He can grow back any part of his body like a head or his wings. He makes an alpha call to command all other titans to destroy everything so he can claim Earth for his own.
