Description
It has been said that you shouldn't fall in love with faces, that looks don't matter. But when that face is absolutely perfect, it's a little hard to abstain. It's easy to break rules like these, especially when you've got nothing better to do. New school, new friends, new life. I walked into 2nd period art and he sat right beside me, a David with a drawing pencil. There was that heart flutter, that stomach heave. I probably blushed.
For a whole semester we might have talked once. I thinking I dropped my felt tip one day, and thanked him when he picked it up. That moment sent cold tingles right to my feet. I was 15 years old. I did not know love.
I imagined him. Wrote of him. Dreamed of him. He was perfection and I in his hold, though all I knew was his name.
Then I fell in love, and stopped dwelling on angels.

I never stop dwelling on angels: they just get moved to the attic to make room for love. I think dwelling on what's past can have salutary value.
Packed with meaning, how do you do that? Is it natural, or do you work at it?

wow it's as if you took the emotion out of your mind and managed to find the correct words to express it.
