You have to put the creative commons no commercial share alike license for your image (the bottom stuff on the submit/edit deviation page) and please make the link to the orgininal picture on the description bloc

you DO have the option : once in your deviation : click "edit deviation " and after that in the bottom choose license : creative commons no commercial, share alike.
