Happy Early Halloween? idk.Painting of a Litwick being fascinated by a one foot candle (since they're one foot and that candle is as big as it. Litwick is one of my favorite Pokemon and my favorite Unova Pokemon overall so I felt the need to draw it at least once in my life.
Painted in Sai and tossed over to Photoshop for finishing touches.
